ABOUT HANA... 

Hana started canoeing recreationally in 2020 but found her drive for competition in 2022 when she started at Epworth School which offers canoeing as a sport.

Through the guidance of her coach Bridgitte Hartley(Olympic medalist), Hana has steadily progressed claiming a number of Provincial and National Titles in all 3 disciplines - Sprints, Marathons and River races.

Not only athletic but an academic as well being a 75% plus aggregate student, with the aim of attending University in Hungary to compete internationally whilst furthering her education. Hana's big goal is to represent South Africa at Olympic Games in Canoe Marathon.
