ABOUT DANIEL... 

A competitive cyclist across multiple disciplines including mountain biking, road cycling as well as track cycling - enjoying the structure of training and seeing the efforts pay off with consistent progress leading him to where he is currently.

Daniel’s first taste of track cycling was two years ago on an outdoor sand track in Oudtshoorn and has quickly progressed to become U/17 SA Track Champ, U17 SA Omnium Champ as well as holding numerous Western Cape titles and riding international time standards. Along with his track achievements he has performed well on the road bike with podiums at SA Champs and also taking the title as Western Cape U17 Road Champ.

Not only athletic but an academic as well being a straight A student at Glenwood House School in George with the aim of attending university internationally to compete internationally whilst furthering his education.

Daniel's big future goal is to represent South Africa at the Olympics for track cycling as well as at Track World Champs.
